Yes, we have formed an awesome group of friends, they have been a huge support system within and outside of the box. We have a Crossfit Family. I have many memories of my own accomplishments, but as a coach I enjoy watching others accomplish their goals knowing I helped them a little along the way!

I had no thoughts I was just trying to breathe! I mean Coach Justin and I have known each other since 5th grade and have been best friends since high school. I wanted to get in shape after realizing how out of shape I was.

I also saw my friends doing CrossFit and the competitive side of me wanted to get good enough to beat them. I would say so. Shortly after finishing school he began working at CrossFit Queens where he coaches all levels of athletes. Since then Rosko became a top ranked high school baseball player in the state of Ohio, an all-state high school linebacker, a division 1 collegiate football player at Coastal Carolina U, an AFPA certified personal trainer, and a winning competitive CrossFit athlete in multiple states.
He runs his classes with an atmosphere of absolute focus combined with an amiable, welcoming vibe. Rosko always is striving to better himself and continues to strive to better others along the way. Brandy has been involved in sports since grade school. After spending several years as a successful trial attorney, Brandy turned her passion into her career and wants to share her love of fitness with the world.

She was first introduced to Crossfit in and started Crossfit Queens in Brandy lives to empower others, especially those new to fitness, to do things they never thought possible. She believes that having fun while putting in consistent work is key in your fitness journey.
She has over 8 years of experience working in fitness from teaching group exercise classes, personal training, to team sports conditioning. When Brandy is not in the box you can find her competing in various sports.
She has competed in the Crossfit Games as a team member and has competed individually in the and Crossfit Regionals.
