I like the small paperback size, and take it with me to waiting rooms. The reason I got these books on Zen and meditation in the first place was to help me clarify what I was supposed to be doing in karate. Some of her points were well-taken, and she does a good job of hitting all the main zen and meditation points, but the delivery just didn’t endear the book to me.
